新浪财经再次携手香港科技大学商学院投资研究中心，对奖项进行量化评选，力求在市场上做好公开、公平、公正且具有市场公信力的奖项。

Sina Finance is proud to announce the launch of our second SINA FINANCE HONG KONG FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AWARDS (HKFIA).

Sina Finance, with the largest number of active users, is one of the most influential financial media in China. Over the past few years, Sina Finance is dedicated to enhancing the role of Chinese financial media for being authoritative voice and promoting the healthy development of financial markets. Although Hong Kong has experienced some turbulence last year, financial institutions in Hong Kong still made excellent performance in 2019. Regardless of the turbulence, Sina Finance, in collaboration with a number of financial institutions, will organize the second HKFIA campaign and reward the financial institutions for their contributions to the city’s financial market.

Sina Finance and Center for Investing in HKUST Business School developed an internal assessment system to quantify award criteria, and make the HKFIA a transparent, fair, impartial and trusted award. Together with a group of experienced experts in the industry, HKFIA committee will present a new HKFIA this year.

    申请者需提供至少1个香港发行债券的典型案例；

    Applicants must have participated in bond issuance as Joint Global Coordinator in Hong Kong in 2019.
    Applicants should provide at least ONE typical debt issuance in Hong Kong.
    Issue size, yield, market impact, innovation and peer comparison will be considered.

    The Best Wealth Management Teams

    申请者需提供至少1个2019年开展的财富管理典型案例；
    平均回报率、客户口碑、资产配置、在ESG（环境、社会、企业管治）方面的举措都会纳入考虑因素。

    Applicants should provide at least ONE typical wealth management case in 2018.
    Average return, feedbacks from clients, asset allocation, actions on ESG will be considered.

  • 最佳初创企业投资机构

    The Best Start-up Investors

    投资于初创企业的金融机构；
    申请者需提供至少1个2019年完成的初创企业投资典型案例；
    对初创公司的投资策略、回报率，以及对初创公司的战略规划将作为考量因素。

    Financial institutions have investments in start-ups.
    Applicants should provide at least ONE typical investment in a start-up company in 2019.
    The investment strategies, returns and plan on the future of start-up investments will be considered.

    The Best ESG Teams

    投资重视环境、社会及企业管治（ESG）、并推动其发展的金融机构或团队；
    对ESG的策略、未来规划及社会影响力都将作为参考因素。

    Financial institutions or teams which have investments in ESG companies and promoting the idea of ESG.
    Strategies, future plan and social impact for ESG will be considered.

    The Best Investors to the Greater Bay Area

    投资项目必须位于大湾区(含广东省、香港和澳门)；
    申请者需提供至少1个2019年完成的大湾区投资典型案例；
    大湾区投资策略及回报率、社会影响力将作为参考因素。

    Financial institutions have investments in projects in the Greater Bay Area (including Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau).
    Applicants should provide at least ONE typical investment in Great Bay Area.
    Investment strategies, returns, future plan and social influences in Great Bay Area will be considered.

  • 最佳金融科技投资机构

    The Best Fintech Investors

    投资于金融科技项目的投资机构；
    申请者需提供至少1个2019年公司投资金融科技领域的典型案例；
    对金融科技行业的推动、核心成就、对投资未来的规划等将作为参考。

    Investment institutions which have investments in FinTech.
    Applicants should provide at least ONE typical Fintech investment case in 2019.
    Promotion to the Fintech industry, achievements, and future planing for Fintech will be considered.

  • 最具科技创新金融机构

    The Best FinTech Institutions

    大力发展金融科技创新项目的投行或券商等金融机构；
    申请者需提供至少1个2019年公司发展金融科技项目的典型案例；
    对金融机构运营效率的推动、核心成就、对未来的规划等将作为参考。

    Financial institutions, including investment banks or securities companies that vigorously promote technology innovation.
    Applicants should provide at least ONE typical case of M&A deal completed in 2018.
    Significance, innovation, market impact and peer comparison will be considered.

The awards participants include the nomination from Sina Finance FIA committee and the applicants from the market. All applicants from the markets should submit authentic and reliable supporting materials. The nominated institutions who submit the application materials will have priority. (Deadline: May 15, 2020)

The materials provided in these awards will be kept strictly confidential.

In applying for the awards, applicants should read, understand and agree with the award rules.

All applicants must submit supporting data and materials in both Part I and Part II. Otherwise the application will be treated as incomplete. In addition, if there are clients’ comments in the materials, applicants should provide supporting evidence.

Application materials can be in either Chinese or English. During the interview, there must be at least one interviewee who can speak Putonghua. Due to the special situation this year, the interviews will be online. The formal interview notices will be sent out via email by Sina Finance HKFIA committee. The obsense of the interview shall be construed a waiver.

All applicants should be located in Hong Kong.

The award period is ranged from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, which means all projects must be completed during the period. 

Reference data for the nomination of Sina Finance FIA commitee are derived from S&P Global Market Intelligence;

Award process: applicants submitting data and materials to sign up or the nomination from Sina Finance FIA commitee, online voting, candidates interviewing, judges scoring, final winners selecting.

For awards with more than three qualified nominees, we select THREE winners; For awards with three or less qualified nominees, we select ONE winner. If no nomination is made for the award year, the award will be dropped for that year.

此次奖项所有参赛者分为：新浪财经飞亚奖组委会提名和公开接受申请材料，两种形式将被平等对待。所有申请机构须提交真实可靠的申请材料，被提名机构若提供申请材料，将会视为优势；（截止日期：2020年5月15日）

所有提交的申请材料将会严格保密；

申请机构须仔细阅读，理解，同意奖项细则；

所有申请人必须同时递交第一部分和第二部分的表格数据以及申请材料，否则申请将被视为资料不齐而不被受理；此外，材料中若有提及客户评价等信息，申请者需提供相关证明文件；

申请材料可为中文或英文，但面试环节必须有至少一名申请者可用普通话交流；由于今年特殊情况，面试将在线上举行，具体面试通知将由新浪财经飞亚奖组委会发出正式通知电邮，放弃面试机会将被视为弃权；

所有申请机构须位于香港；

奖项参考年份范围为 2019年1月1日至2019年12月31日，即所有项目须在此期间内已完成；

新浪财经飞亚奖组委会提名的参考数据来源于标普全球市场财智；

评奖流程包括：机构递交材料报名（数据及材料）或新浪财经飞亚奖组委会提名，线上投票入围机构面试展示，评审评分，评选获奖者；

假如有3家以上合格提名者的奖项，将产生3位获奖者；假如只有3家及以下合格提名者的奖项，将只有一位获奖者；若该年份此奖项无合格提名者，此奖项将保留空缺。
