2023年4月18日下午，CDP全球环境信息研究中心在北京万达文华酒店成功举行了2023年度披露启动会。CDP创始人兼全球主席Paul Dickinson先生与CDP 亚太区董事总经理陈佳远先生专程飞赴北京参加此次披露启动会，宣告2023披露季的开启。CDP大中华区负责人吴芙蓉女士做了中国企业2022年CDP披露分析报告的要点分享，回顾过去展望未来。此次披露启动会由CDP中国办公室副主任李蜚担任主持人，线下会议与ZOOM直播同步进行，线上线下与会人数超过350人。
On the afternoon of April 18， 2022， CDP China office successfully held the 2023 Disclosure Kick-off Event at WanDa Vista Beijing． Paul Dickinson， Founder Chair of CDP and Donald Chan， Managing Director of CDP Asia Pacific flew to Beijing for this event， announcing the beginning of CDP 2023 Disclosure cycle． Flora Wu， Country Director of CDP China， delivered a speech on the analysis and key findings in Chinese companies’ 2022 CDP disclosure， summarizing about the past year and looking forward to the future． The event was hosted by Li Fei， Deputy Director of CDP China． The offline conference was conducted simultaneously with ZOOM live broadcast， with more than 350 participants online and offline in total．

CDP创始人兼全球主席Paul Dickinson做了题为《CDP平台助力中国企业气候信息披露和转型行动之路》开场致辞，他展示了2022年CDP全球披露情况—超过全球市值50%的18，700多家企业在CDP平台披露环境影响信息，年增长42%。CDP一直以来支持中国政府主办的活动和国际倡议，以全球可比的TCFD结构化数据服务投资者和企业的绿色转型。他还表示中国占到了全球能源转型技术投资的近一半，中国在可再生能源、电动交通方面的领导地位和经验将对全球低碳转型带来积极影响。
Paul Dickinson， Founder Chair of CDP， delivered opening remarks themed “CDP Helps China Companies on Disclosure and Green Transition”． He showed that in 2022， more than 18，700 companies worth half of global market capitalization disclosed through CDP， a 42% increase over the previous year． CDP has always been supporting events and international initiatives hosted or led by Chinese government． And CDP supports investors’ and companies’ green transition with its global， comparable， and TCFD-aligned data． He added that China accounts for nearly half of global investment in energy transition technologies， and that China‘s leadership and experience in renewable energy and electric transportation will have a positive impact on the global low-carbon transition．

CDP 亚太区董事总经理陈佳远做了题为《亚太地区CDP披露趋势及意义》的演讲，他表示环境信息披露标准趋同是全球大趋势，CDP问卷与TCFD框架保持一致，并将于2024年纳入ISSB S2披露准则，一直承载国际主流披露标准。据Rate The Raters问卷调查结果，CDP在投资者和企业给予的数据有用性和数据质量等绝大多数项评分中名列首位。最后他宣布，CDP2023披露平台将于本周开启，可获得评分的问卷提交截止日期为7月27日，披露平台将于9月28日关闭，评分将于12月公布。
Donald Chan， Managing Director of CDP Asia Pacific gave a speech entitled “CDP APAC Disclosure Trends and Implications”． He pointed out a global trend of environmental disclosure standards becoming convergent． CDP questionnaire has been aligned with TCFD framework and will incorporate ISSB S2 disclosure standard， which means CDP has always incorporated international mainstream disclosure standards． According to recent survey results by Rate The Raters， CDP was ranked in the first place in most items including data usefulness and data quality by investors and companies． At last， Donald announced the opening of CDP disclosure platform， and the deadline for submission for a CDP score is July 27， the disclosure platform will close on September 18， and the score will be released in December．

CDP大中华区负责人吴芙蓉女士与普华永道中国 ESG可持续发展市场主管合伙人倪清先生共同发布了双方合作的2022年中国企业CDP披露情况分析报告《全球气候相关信息披露标准趋于统一 企业需立即行动 为未来做好准备》。 报告展示了全球气候治理迎来各方更广泛共识与合作，国内外可持续信息披露标准逐渐趋同的大趋势，分析了2022年中国企业在治理、战略、风险、指标和目标四方面披露情况，进步之处和可改善空间，鼓励企业尽早做好合规准备。2022年，中国（含港澳台）企业CDP 披露数量达2，700多家，年增长率43%。
Flora Wu， Country Director of CDP China， and Ni Qing， PwC China ESG Markets Leader， jointly released Chinese companies’ 2022 CDP disclosure analysis report which was co-authored by CDP China office and PwC China． Entitled “Companies need to act now to prepare for the future as global climate-related disclosure standards becomes convergent”， the report demonstrates the broader consensus and cooperation in global climate governance and the convergence of domestic and international standards for sustainable information disclosure． It analyzes the disclosure situation of Chinese companies in four aspects： governance， strategy， risk management， metrics and targets in 2022， as well as the progress and room for improvement， and encourages companies to prepare for compliance as soon as possible． In 2022， The number of companies disclosing to CDP from China （including Hong Kong， Macao， and Taiwan） exceeded 2，700， a 43% increase over the previous year．

主题演讲环节，中国金融学会绿色金融专业委员会主任，北京绿色金融与可持续发展研究院院长马骏为此次披露启动会录制视频演讲。马骏主任对CDP在国内环境信息披露领域所作的工作表示肯定，并介绍了《G20转型金融框架》、中欧可持续金融共同分类目录以及国际可持续信息披露准则的最新发展。
At the part of Keynote speeches， Dr． Ma Jun， Chairman of Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking， Founder and President of the Institute of Finance and Sustainability， gave a recording speech for this event． Dr． Ma recognized CDP‘s work in environmental information disclosure in China， introduced G20 Framework for Transition Finance， and shared latest development of the EU-China Common Ground Taxonomy and the International Sustainability Standards．

Ni Qing， PwC China ESG Markets Leader， delivered a speech entitled “Global Trends in Sustainable Disclosure Standards and Implications for Chinese Companies”， revealing three major trends of the development of sustainable information disclosure． Firstly， under the circumstance of legal progress， more companies will soon face more dimensions of high-quality sustainable information disclosure requirements． The disclosure criteria of sustainability information represented by climate information will usher in a unified international baseline standard． The TCFD has become an internationally recognized framework for climate-related financial information disclosure． He further elaborated on the difficulties encountered by companies in the face of the above trends and presented practical examples of solutions provided by PwC． PwC China is a CDP-accredited gold partner for climate change and SBT consultancy related services in Greater China region．

Thomas Maddox， CDP Global Director of Forests and Land， delivered a speech with the title “The Development and Trends of Nature-Related Disclosure”． He held that we need to look at the environment as a whole and include more subjects， such as biodiversity， to strike a balance between man and nature． He also gave a notice that the CDP China team would release a forest-related report in the near future， with the latest progress on forest-related subjects．

Roundtable Discussions Focused on Low Carbon Transition
此次披露启动会设有两场圆桌论坛，圆桌论坛一主题为“气候相关信息披露如何助力企业低碳转型”，聚焦企业与供应链，由首都经贸大学中国ESG研究院院长柳学信主持，京东物流集团公共事务（ESG）高级总监田琳，联想集团ESG与可持续发展负责人、联想中国平台社会价值委员会秘书长王旋以及蒙牛集团可持续发展副总经理林笛作为嘉宾参与讨论。几位嘉宾首先就气候相关管理方面的实践展开讨论，接下来就目标设定的思路和实施路径进行探讨 。嘉宾们还畅谈了关于范围三排放方面的具体实践，最后对供应链链主企业如何影响合作伙伴在信息披露方面的实践分享了经验并提出了务实的建议。
The first roundtable was titled “How Climate-Related Disclosure Helps Companies Transit to Net-Zero“， focusing on companies and supply chains． It was moderated by Liu Xuexin， President of China ESG Institute at Capital University of Economics and Business． Cindy Tian， Senior Director of Public Affairs （ESG） of JD Logistics， Wang Xuan， Director of ESG and Sustainability of Lenovo Group and Secretary General of Social Value Committee of Lenovo China Site， and Lin Di， Vice President of Sustainable Development of Mengniu Group， participated in the discussion as guests． The panelists first discussed their climate related management practices， and their thinking and approaches in goal setting． They also discussed specific practices on Scope 3 emissions， and finally shared their experiences and practical suggestions on how supply chain owners can influence their partners‘ practices in terms of information disclosure．
圆桌论坛二主题为“信息披露驱动资本市场低碳转型”，聚焦金融机构，由北京工商大学教授王鹏程主持，易方达基金ESG研究员王子琳，气候债券倡议组织（CBI）中国区负责人谢文泓（线上参加），以及晨星Sustainalytics大中华区市场主管朱碧莹作为嘉宾参与讨论。王子琳主要分享了易方达在ESG投资方面采用的方法和策略。谢文泓从CBI 的角度阐述了中国绿债市场的最新发展趋势，转型相关债务市场发展在信息披露方面提出的需求和挑战，并就中国发行人如何应对这些挑战提出了建议。朱碧莹分享了近年来中国企业在ESG评级、可持续发展评级及气候相关评级方面的发展趋势，企业在改善评级方面遇到的问题，以及作为评级机构在获取数据的过程中遇到的困难。最后，三位嘉宾针对如何提高ESG信息披露质量和可靠性提出了建议。
The second Roundtable， titled “Environmental Disclosure Drives Low-Carbon Transition of Capital Markets ”， focused more on financial institutions． It was moderated by Wang Pengcheng， Professor of Beijing Technology and Business University， joined by Wang Zilin， ESG research associate of E Fund Management Co．， Ltd．， Xie Wenhong， Head of China Programme at Climate Bonds Initiative （online）， and Amanda Zhu， Senior Marketing Manager of Greater China at Morningstar Sustainalytics as guest speakers． Wang Zilin shared the approaches and strategies adopted by E Fund Management Co．， Ltd． in ESG investment． Xie Wenhong laid out the latest trends of China‘s green bond market from CBI’s perspective， the demands and challenges on information disclosure raised by the transition-related debt market， and made suggestions on how Chinese issuers can copy with these challenges． Amanda shared the trends of ESG ratings， sustainability ratings and climate-related ratings of Chinese companies in recent years， the difficulties encountered by companies in improving their ratings， and the difficulties faced by rating agencies in obtaining data． Finally， the guest speakers expressed views on how to improve the quality and reliability of ESG disclosure．

The last part of the disclosure kick-off event was a partnership signing ceremony． Representatives from Business School at Beijing University of Technology， PwC China， Carbon Trust， SGS， Syntao， Climate Bridge， Sungrow， CTI Certification， InterTek， Mt． Stonegate and TÜV Rheinland， attended the signing ceremony． CDP and its partners have expressed their intention to actively expand the cooperation model and depth of cooperation， bring their respective advantages into play， help Chinese companies towards green and low-carbon development， and demonstrate environmental leadership．
