《大会用户服务协议》(以下简称“本协议”)是由大会承办方【新浪财经信息服务有限公司】(以下简称“大会服务提供方”或“我们”)就大会账号注册、大会参会凭证领取及使用、参会等事项与您签订的有效合约。
一、请您先仔细阅读本协议内容，尤其是字体加粗部分。如您对本协议内容或页面提示信息有疑问，请勿进行下一步操作。您可通过官方邮箱【esg_china@sina.com】进行咨询，以便我们为您解释和说明。您通过页面点击或其他方式确认即表示您已同意本协议，本协议即在您与大会服务提供方之间产生法律效力，成为对双方均具有约束力的法律文件。
二、如您为无民事行为能力人或为限制民事行为能力人，请告知您的监护人，并在您监护人的指导下阅读本协议和使用我们的服务。若您为不满14周岁的儿童，应在监护人的同意与陪同下注册和使用我们的服务，相关个人信息的处理适用《2026可持续全球领导者大会&第二届绿色产业与可持续消费博览会隐私权政策》关于未成年人信息保护的专门约定。
三、若您为非中华人民共和国境内(为本协议之目的，不包括香港、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区)用户，您还需同时遵守您所属国家或地区的法律，且您确认，订立并履行本协议不违反您所属、所居住或开展经营活动或其他业务的国家或地区的法律法规。
四、您在使用我们服务过程中可能有不同的身份，如定邀观众、观众等，请仔细阅读本协议相关内容，确保您充分了解大会服务内容。
五、本协议内容包括协议正文(包括提示条款)以及大会服务提供方所有已经发布的或将来可能发布并采取合理途径通知的各类条款、限制与要求，对于将来制定或变更且涉及您主要权利或责任的内容，我们将依法提前以显著方式提示，您不同意的，有权停止使用相关服务并注销账号；该等内容不得排除或限制您依法享有的法定权利，在不与本协议正文冲突的前提下，方为本协议不可分割的组成部分，并具有同等法律效力。
六、本协议各条的标题仅为方便阅读而设，不具备法律效力，也不影响本协议的含义或解释。
1.1. “峰会”、“会议”或“大会”：指2026可持续全球领导者大会&第二届绿色产业与可持续消费博览会。大会全称为“2026可持续全球领导者大会&第二届绿色产业与可持续消费博览会”，简称“2026可持续全球领导者大会”或“大会”。
1.2. “本网站”：指2026可持续全球领导者大会&第二届绿色产业与可持续消费博览会的网站的统称，包括但不限于网址为【https://finance.sina.com.cn/2026esg/index.shtml；https://finance.sina.cn/2026esg/】的网站/H5页面，具体网站/H5页面的域名以大会服务提供方公示为准。您可以在本网站上查询会议的名称、时间、地点、议程等相关信息，继而在本网站上选择您中意的会议场次并使用与会议相关的参会凭证领取等服务。
1.3. 本次大会由大会服务提供方承办，并由其自行或委托经受托的技术服务商提供本网站信息技术支持服务；受托技术服务商仅得按照大会服务提供方的指令处理您通过本网站提交的信息，不得超出指令范围或为其自身目的使用，大会服务提供方就受托方的处理活动依法承担相应责任。因此，您通过本网站相关页面确认或填写的相关信息将同步至大会服务提供方，以便大会服务提供方为您提供本协议项下的服务。
2.1. 【用户资格】
2.1.1. 您提交关于大会账号注册的申请，即表明您应当具备中华人民共和国法律或其他适用法律规定的与您行为相适应的民事行为能力。
2.1.2. 若您不具备前述与您行为相适应的民事行为能力，我们有权注销或冻结您的账号；由此给您造成的不利后果，由您及您的监护人依照法律规定承担，但我们存在故意或重大过失的除外。
2.2. 【用户信息真实合法】在注册及登录本网站时，您应当按照相应页面的提示提供真实、有效的信息，以便我们为您提供服务和/或与您进行联系。一旦信息发生变化，您应当及时进行更新。若您所使用的用户信息包含违法、涉嫌侵犯他人权利、有违公序良俗或干扰本网站运营秩序等的相关信息，我们将有权要求您进行修改，您应当承担因此对您自身、他人及我们造成的不利后果及全部损失。若您未对用户信息进行修改或修改后的用户信息仍然存在前述情形的，我们可能需要暂停或终止对您提供部分或全部服务，且我们不应对此承担任何责任。
2.3. 【账号自行保管】您的账号由您自行设置并由您保管，除登录本网站以使用相关服务之外，我们在任何时候均不会主动要求您提供您的账号密码。因您保管账号、密码不当而造成的所有后果，将由您自行承担。因您主动泄露、出借账号信息或因您遭受他人攻击、诈骗等行为导致的损失及后果，我们并不承担责任，您可以通过司法、行政等救济途径向侵权行为人追偿。因此，建议您务必保管好您的账号，并确保您在每个上网时段结束时退出登录并以正确步骤离开本网站。
2.4. 【账号行为责任自负】通过您的账号所发生的各项行为(例如：领取、报名等)将被视为您本人的真实意思表示，您应当对您的账号进行的所有活动及后果负法律责任。您在此承诺，通过账号在接受本网站提供的各项服务中所使用的任何内容都具有合法来源，如相关内容涉及任何第三方的合法权益，您已事先获得相应的许可。如本网站收到涉及您的相关举报或投诉，我们可能需要采取相关法律法规所要求或允许的方式，向相关争议方、相关部门提供包括账号在内的必要的信息，以便解决纠纷争议，保护正当权利人的合法权益。
2.5. 【用户申请注销账号】如您需注销大会账号，您可通过官方邮箱【esg_china@sina.com】联系我们，经审核通过后可完成注销。我们在此善意地提醒您，一旦您确认要求注销大会账号，我们会按照相关规定进行信息删除，或对其进行匿名化处理(除非法律法规或监管要求我们必须在法定期限内进行信息存储)。如果在您发起注销账号申请并授权我们处置账号之日后的十五（15）个工作日内未能主动对账号内的大会参会凭证等权益进行处置的，视为您主动放弃对上述大会参会凭证在内的一切权益，除法律法规明确规定的情形外，我们不予返还相应的现金价值或任何其他形式的补偿。因此，您注销大会账号的行为可能会给您后续维权带来诸多不便。您明确知晓，注销账号并不代表您账号注销前的、与该账号相关的行为和责任得到豁免或减轻。
2.6. 【冻结、注销账号】在法律法规规定、国家机关要求，或根据本网站规则确有必要的情形下，我们可能需要对您的账号进行冻结或注销，在该等情况下，您可能无法继续登录或使用您的大会账号。除情况紧急或法律法规另有规定外，我们将事先通知您并说明理由，您可通过官方邮箱进行申诉。
2.7. 【由本人使用】您的大会账号仅限您本人使用，且一个账号仅能对应唯一的法律主体。未经我们同意，您直接或间接授权第三方使用您的大会账号或获取您的大会账号项下信息的行为无效。若我们基于合理理由认为，您对大会账号的使用行为可能危及您的账号安全和/或本网站信息安全的，我们可能需要拒绝提供相应服务或终止本协议、冻结或注销注册账号，同时您可能需要承担因此产生的不利后果。
3.1. 信息服务
3.1.1. 【官方网站】本网站为会议的唯一官方网站，会议相关的所有信息(例如：会议时间、会议议程、嘉宾信息等)均以本网站所提供的内容为准。您确认，大会服务提供方有权根据实际情况不时修改或调整本网站的会议相关信息。
3.1.2. 【消息通知】您同意，您成功注册大会账号后，我们可能会通过站内信、短信、邮件等合理方式为您发送会议资讯信息(具体发送方式以届时实际发送为准)，以便您及时获知大会相关通知。其中，与参会服务直接相关的必要通知无需您另行同意；对于商业营销信息，我们将事先征得您的单独同意后方可发送，并提供便捷的退订方式，您可随时拒绝接收。必要情况下，我们可能需要通过您在注册时提交的电话号码就大会相关事宜与您取得联系。
3.1.3. 【信息同步】您通过本网站相关服务页面主动确认或提供的信息(例如：参会人员信息)均需同步至大会承办方北京新浪财经信息服务有限公司，以便我们进行及时、准确的记录并为您提供服务。同时，您可通过本网站相关服务页面方便、快捷地查询参会凭证信息以及您所确认或提供的参会人员信息等。届时，我们将根据您的具体操作进行必要的信息同步，以便完成您的指令。
3.1.4. 我们非常尊重您的个人信息及隐私保护，我们承诺将严格按照《2026可持续全球领导者大会&第二届绿色产业与可持续消费博览会隐私权政策》的约定保护并处理您的信息。
3.2. 参会凭证领取须知
3.2.1. 您可以通过本网站完成参会凭证领取。您如拟通过本网站领取参会凭证，请按照服务页面提示确认或补全参会人员信息(例如：姓名、电话号码、证件类型、有效证件号码等，具体以页面提示为准)并提交前述信息。您提交的参会人员信息经我们审核通过后，我们将向您发放参会凭证。您的有效身份证件号码属于敏感个人信息，我们将在领取页面以单独弹窗向您告知收集目的、方式、必要性、保存期限及对您权益的影响，并在取得您的单独同意后进行收集和核验。
3.2.2. 您明确知晓，通过本网站领取的大会参会凭证均由我们免费发放，我们不提供大会的任何购票服务。请您仔细阅读本网站平台规则文件，并自主决定是否注册账号并领取参会凭证。如您在领取、使用参会凭证的过程中有任何问题，请通过官方邮件【esg_china@sina.com】与我们进行联系。
3.2.3. 本网站为会议的唯一官方网站，为了保护您的权益，请您通过本网站或经大会服务提供方正式授权的其他官方渠道领取大会参会凭证。我们无法对任何通过非官方渠道领取和/或购买的大会参会凭证的真实性和有效性做出任何保证，亦无法对该等大会参会凭证提供任何售后服务。
3.2.4. 您可通过本网站免费领取一张参会凭证，您所领取的参会凭证对应权益以相关页面展示为准。请您注意：每个账号仅限领取一张参会凭证，您无法将您的参会凭证赠送至他人，且您成功领取参会凭证后原则上不可撤销或更改；但因不可抗力、大会调整或取消等非因您本人原因导致您无法参会的，我们将按照届时公布的规则妥善处理。
3.3. 参会凭证使用
3.3.1. 成功领取参会凭证后，您将享有参会凭证的对应权益，包括参与大会的各项活动，具体以参会凭证相关页面展示的权益内容为准。请您理解，主论坛为邀约制，定邀观众及观众参会凭证均不包含主论坛权益。
3.3.2. 若您并非参会人员本人，请您在填写他人信息之前，确保已获取其完整、合法、有效授权同意，有权提交他人的个人信息。您违反上述承诺导致的后果和责任由您自行承担，且我们保留中止、终止向您提供全部或部分本协议项下服务的权利。
3.3.3. 我们禁止利用大会及大会参会凭证进行任何违法违规或违反商业道德的行为，包括但不限于囤票、投机、非法倒卖、冒用他人身份或账号刷票等。为了确保广大用户及大会服务提供方的合法利益，我们可能会使用技术手段监测并对存在异常或欺诈性的行为采取相应的措施，包括但不限于暂时或永久性限制或关闭账号功能。倘若您的正常行为受到前述影响，您可通过官方邮箱【esg_china@sina.com】联系我们，经审核确属误判的，我们将及时恢复您的账号功能并消除不利影响。
3.4. 参会
3.4.1. 为了保障大会的会场安全及提升参会体验，参会人员需要使用电子参会凭证实名参会。
3.4.2. 参会人员可凭本人有效身份证件、参会凭证二维码或大会认可的其他方式配合大会现场完成核验后入场。请您注意：为履行相关管理要求同时保障大会的会场安全，请您务必携带本人有效身份证件(例如：中华人民共和国居民身份证、港澳居民来往内地通行证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证、护照等)，以便现场查验。
3.4.3. 您可参与的大会的各项活动以参会凭证相关页面展示的权益内容为准。若根据本网站相应通知、公示或您的参会凭证显示可参与专题论坛的，请您注意，专题论坛会场席位有限，先到先得。您可在本网站查看专题论坛相关信息并于您感兴趣的专题论坛正式开始之前进入论坛会场。届时请您密切关注本网站的通知与大会现场的告示。
3.5. 您理解并同意，大会服务提供方有权进行大会现场的拍照、摄像及录音用于大会的直播、回播等合理使用。我们将在现场显著位置设置拍摄、直播告知标识，并提供不入镜区域等合理避让安排。倘若我们在大会直播、回放、纪实及非商业宣传资料中使用了可识别您肖像或声音的内容，视为您在上述用途、媒介和合理期限内向我们授予一项免费的许可；对您的个人特写或用于商业广告的，我们将另行取得您的同意。法律、行政法规另有规定的，从其规定。
3.6. 您理解并同意，为了向您提供更优质的服务，我们可能对通过本网站向您提供的各项功能与服务进行增加、关停或其他调整，我们将按照本协议第9.1条的规定向您提示，届时请您关注本网站的相应通知与告示。
经大会服务提供方同意，您可带未成年人参加大会，您同意且承诺：
4.1. 您是您所带未成年人的法定监护人或法定监护人授权的其他人，遵守国家法律法规，服从大会服务提供方的要求，在符合大会邀约规则的情况下，您所带未成年人可在您的陪同下，参加其参会凭证允许参加的论坛活动；如所带未成年人不满14周岁，您确认已取得其监护人对参会及相关个人信息处理的明确同意；
4.2. 您应全程陪同并看护好未成年人，避免其自行活动遇到危险。如因您违反本条约定导致未成年人受到任何损失或受到第三方的追索的，除大会服务提供方存在过错外，大会服务提供方不承担责任，并有权要求您赔偿大会服务提供方因此受到的损失(如涉及)；
4.3. 您应确保未成年人的身体健康，没有任何可能影响参加活动的不适、损伤或其他疾病。您同意自行承担所带未成年人参加活动及活动过程中受到伤害的责任，或导致第三方人身伤害及财产损失的责任；
4.4. 您理解并同意由于意外事故、突发气候变化或急性疾病等不可预测、不可抗力等因素造成未成年人人身或财产损害时，大会服务提供方将尽人道主义原则的救助，大会服务提供方仅在法律法规明确规定或其自身存在过错的范围内承担责任。
5.1. 您理解并同意，如我们提供的本协议项下服务存在瑕疵，我们将及时采取补救措施；非因我们故意或重大过失造成的轻微瑕疵，不视为我们根本违约。因下列原因导致我们无法正常提供服务，且我们已尽合理努力的，我们在法律允许的范围内免于承担责任：
5.1.1. 我们的系统停机维护或升级；
5.1.2. 因紧急公共卫生事件、台风、地震、洪水、雷电或恐怖袭击等不可抗力原因；
5.1.3. 您的电脑软硬件和通信线路、供电线路出现故障的；
5.1.4. 因您操作不当或通过非经我们授权或认可的方式使用我们服务的；
5.1.5. 因病毒、木马、恶意程序攻击、网络拥堵、系统不稳定、系统或设备故障、通讯故障、电力故障、第三方服务瑕疵或政府行为等原因。
5.2. 尽管有前款约定，我们将采取合理行动积极促使服务恢复正常。
6.1. 我们在服务中提供的内容(包括但不限于视频、图片、文字表述及其组合、界面设计、版面框架、图标、商标等)均由我们或第三方享有其知识产权。未经我们或第三方书面同意，您不得为任何营利性或非营利性的目的自行或许可任何第三方使用、修改、反向编译、复制、获取、公开传播、改变、散布、发行或公开发表、商业利用、实施、利用、转让本网站相关软件、内容以及上述知识产权，否则我们有权立即终止本协议，您需对您的违约或侵权行为给我们或第三方造成的损失承担相应赔偿责任。
6.2. 您承诺，在使用本网站及相关服务时发布上传的内容(包括但不限于文字、图片、视频、音频等各种形式的内容及其中包含的音乐、声音、台词、视觉设计等所有组成部分)均由您原创或已获合法授权(且含转授权)，不存在侵犯其他任何第三方已有合法权益的情形。为提供本网站服务及大会宣传之必要，您同意授权我们在服务存续期间及大会结束后的合理期限内，免费使用上述内容，并可向我们的合作方转授权；涉及您的肖像、声音或其他个人信息的，我们仍应按照《隐私权政策》的约定取得您的同意。您对我们的前述授权并不改变您发布内容的所有权及知识产权归属，也并不影响您行使对您自身发布内容的合法权利。
6.3. 您知悉并同意，我们有权根据相关法律法规的规定，对您发布的内容进行审查、删减、修改等。
7.1. 您理解并承诺，您对自行发表、上传或传送的内容负全部责任，并不得在本网站任何页面发布、转载、传送含有下列内容之一的信息，否则，我们可对您发布的信息依法或依本条款约定进行删除或屏蔽，该类禁止发布的内容包括但不限于：
7.1.1. 反对中华人民共和国宪法所确定的基本原则的；
7.1.2. 危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
7.1.3. 损害国家荣誉和利益的；
7.1.4. 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视、破坏民族团结的；
7.1.5. 破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
7.1.6. 散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
7.1.7. 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
7.1.8. 虚假、诈骗、有害、胁迫、侵害他人隐私、骚扰、侵害、中伤、粗俗、猥亵或其他道德上令人反感的内容；
7.1.9. 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权利的；
7.1.10. 侵害他人肖像权、版权、商标权、商业秘密或其他专属权利的内容；
7.1.11. 中华人民共和国法律、法规、规章以及任何具有法律效力之规范所限制或禁止的其他内容；
7.1.12. 其他违反法律法规、公序良俗，或我们基于合理判断认为不适合在本网站展示的内容。
7.2. 您理解并承诺，不就本网站服务进行下列的禁止的行为，也不允许任何人利用您的账号进行下列行为，否则我们可通过冻结账号全部或部分功能、删除或屏蔽相关信息等方式制止该类行为并消除相关不利影响。该类禁止的行为包括但不限于：
7.2.1. 以任何方式损害他人合法权益的；
7.2.2. 冒充其他任何人或机构，或以虚伪不实的方式陈述或谎称与任何人或机构有关的；
7.2.3. 未经合法授权而截获、篡改、收集、储存或删除他人的个人信息、交易订单、消息或其他数据资料，或将获知的此类资料用于任何非法或不正当目的；
7.2.4. 发布或传播第7.1条禁止发布内容的；
7.2.5. 发布或传播“促销资料”、“优惠信息”、“紧缺票品存货”、“广告信函”或其他任何形式的劝诱性的资料；
7.2.6. 未经我们明确许可，使用本网站服务用于任何商业用途或为任何第三方的利益；
7.2.7. 将设计目的在于干扰、破坏或限制任何平台生态的软件、硬件或通讯设备功能之计算机病毒加以发布、发送或以其他方式传送；
7.2.8. 干扰或破坏本网站服务或与服务相连线之服务器和网络，或违反任何关于本网站信息安全规定、程序、政策或规范；
7.2.9. 对大会秩序或其他参会人员造成严重影响或干扰的其他行为；
7.2.10. 中华人民共和国法律、法规、规章以及任何具有法律效力之规范所限制或禁止的其他行为；
7.2.11. 其他违反法律法规或可能损害他人、我们合法利益的行为。
8.1. 您可以随时停止使用我们的服务，尽管我们对此表示非常遗憾。
8.2. 我们将全力保障您的权益，并不断努力为您提供更好的服务。请您理解，在下列情况下，我们可以暂停、中止或终止向您提供服务；除情况紧急或法律法规另有规定外，我们将事先通知您并说明理由，您可通过官方邮箱提出申诉：
8.2.1. 基于法律法规及政策的规定、监管机构要求或风险管控的需要；
8.2.2. 您违反本协议约定；
8.2.3. 经我们评估，有合理理由认定您将服务用于非法目的或利用服务从事侵害他人合法权益的行为；
8.2.4. 我们已提前以公告或其他提示方式提前通知停止提供服务的。
9.1. 我们通过本网站为您提供的各项功能或服务，具体以本网站实际提供的为准。同时，为了进一步改善用户体验，我们将会持续更新服务，为用户提供版本升级、功能升级、规则升级等服务和内容的更新或其他调整，并通过本网站发布适用于我们提供的服务的各类规则、规范、通知(合称“本网站规则”)，本协议也可能会随之更新，更新内容将于公布之日起七（7）日后生效。若您不同意更新后的条款内容，您有权停止使用相关服务并注销账号，我们不得以此为由侵害您已取得的合法权益。如果更新的内容涉及您的主要权利或责任，我们会以公告、邮件或短信等方式向您进行提示。所有本网站规则均为本协议不可分割的组成部分，且具有同等法律效力。如果本网站规则、本协议的条款之间存在不一致之处，以(1)本协议；(2)本网站规则的先后顺序进行适用，且本网站规则不得排除或限制您依法享有的权利。
9.2. 本协议的成立、生效、履行和解释，均适用中华人民共和国法律(仅为本协议之目的，为避免疑义，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律)。双方在履行本协议的过程中，如发生争议，应协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向【新浪财经信息服务有限公司】住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
9.3. 本协议以中英文双语签署，如两个版本有不一致的，以中文版本为准。

Thank you for choosing our service.
The Conference User Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is the valid contract entered into between you, on one hand, and the Conference organizer [Beijing Sina Financial Information Service Co., Ltd.] (“Service Provider”, or “We”), on the other hand, with respect to the account registration, the retrieval and the use of the Conference Pass, the attendance of the Conference, and other matters in relation to the Conference.
Please read the Agreement (especially those in bold in particular) carefully, and please do not proceed with your operation if you have any question about the content of the Agreement or any instructions on the web page. You may ask for our explanations via our official email [esg_china@sina.com]. Your click through the web page or your confirmation in any other way will be deemed as your consent to the Agreement. The Agreement is legally binding between you and the Service Provider and becomes a legal document binding on both parties.
If you are without or with limited capacity for civil conduct, please inform your guardian, and please read the Agreement and use our services under his/her guidance.
If you are not from Chinese mainland (for the purpose of the Agreement, does not include Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region or Taiwan), you are also required to comply with the laws in the country or region where you are a citizen. In addition, you acknowledge that neither the execution nor the performance of the Agreement violates the laws and regulations of the country or region where you are a citizen, you reside, or your operation or other businesses are conducted.
You may act in different identities, such as Invited Audience and Audience, during your use of our services. Please read the corresponding parts of the Agreement carefully to ensure that you have a full understanding of the services to be provided in the Conference.
The content of the Agreement includes the main body of the Agreement (including reminders), and all terms, restrictions and requirements that have been issued or may be issued in the future by the Service Provider with reasonable notice, which are integral parts of the Agreement and have equal legal effect.
The headings of the sections hereof are for convenience only without legal force and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the Agreement.
1.1. “Conference” refers to the “2026 Sustainability Global Leaders Conference & 2nd Green Industry and Sustainable Consumption Expo”. The full name of the Conference is “2026 Sustainability Global Leaders Conference & 2nd Green Industry and Sustainable Consumption Expo”, and it is referred to as the “Conference” for short.
1.2. “Website” refers to the website of the 2026 Sustainability Global Leaders Conference & 2nd Green Industry and Sustainable Consumption Expo, including but not limited to the websites and the H5 pages (URL:https://finance.sina.com.cn/2026esg/index.shtml；https://finance.sina.cn/2026esg), the domain of the websites and the H5 pages shall be subject to the announcement of the Service Provider. You may check the name, date, venue, agenda and other information of the Conference and then select your preferred forum and use services in relation to the Conference, including Conference Pass retrieval on the Website.
1.3. The Service Provider is the organizer of the Conference and will provide, by itself or through its entrusted technical service providers, the information technology support services for the Website. Each entrusted technical service provider shall process the information you submit through the Website only upon the instructions of the Service Provider, and shall not process such information beyond the scope of such instructions or for its own purposes, and the Service Provider shall remain responsible for such processing in accordance with applicable laws. Accordingly, the information you confirm or provide on the relevant web pages of the Website will be synchronized to the Service Provider to enable it to provide the services hereunder.
2.1. [Eligibility of User]
2.1.1. By submitting an application for account registration for the Conference, you represent that you have the capacity for civil conduct required for your activities under the laws of the People’s Republic of China or any other applicable laws.
2.1.2. If you do not have such capacity aforesaid, we may cancel or freeze your account, and you and your guardian shall be required to bear all adverse consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the laws.
2.2. [True and Lawful User Information] When registering and accessing the Website, you should follow the instructions on the appropriate pages to provide true and valid information in order for us to provide you with services and/or contact you. If there are any changes to the aforementioned information, you promise to update the information immediately. If your user information contains any information that is in violation of the laws, or is suspected of infringing others’ rights, or is detrimental to the public order and social customs, or disrupts the operation of the Website, we may request you to modify it, and you shall bear the adverse consequences and losses caused to yourself, others and us as a result. If you fail to modify your user information or the circumstance mentioned above remains after modification, we may suspend or terminate the provision of the services in whole or in part to you without any liability.
2.3. [Account Kept at User’s Risk] Your account is to be set up and kept on your own. Except where necessary for you to log in to the Website to use the relevant services, we will not take the initiative to request you to provide the password of your account at any time. You will be responsible for all consequences caused by your improper keeping of your account and password. We are not responsible for any loss or consequence, which arises out of your active disclosure or lending of account information, or your being attacked or defrauded by others, and you may recover from the infringer through judicial, administrative or other remedies. Therefore, you are advised to properly keep your account and make sure to log out of and leave the Website following correct steps at the end of your use thereof.
2.4. [Solely Responsible for Actions Taken Through Account] All the actions taken through your account (such as retrieval and signing up) shall be deemed as the expression of your true intentions, and you shall be responsible for all activities and behaviors of your account. You hereby undertake that any information used during your use of the services provided by the Website through your account shall come from lawful sources, and that if the relevant information involves the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you shall have obtained the relevant permission in advance. Upon receipt of any report or complaint in relation to you by the Website, we may provide necessary information, including the account, to the parties to the relevant dispute and the relevant authorities in such manner as required or permitted by relevant laws and regulations in order to resolve the dispute and protect the legitimate rights and interests of rightful owners.
2.5. [Application for Cancellation of Account by User] To cancel your account for the Conference, you may contact us via our official email [esg_china@sina.com], and your account will be canceled once your application is approved. We would kindly bring to your attention that upon your confirmation to cancel your account for the Conference, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations, unless such information is required to be stored by us for a statutory period under laws and regulations or as required by the regulators. If you fail to actively dispose of your rights and interests in your account, including Conference Passes, within fifteen (15) business days after the date you initiate a cancellation request and authorize us to dispose of your account, you will be deemed to have voluntarily relinquished all your rights and interests, including the aforementioned Conference Passes, and we will not return the corresponding cash value or any other form of compensation, except in cases expressly provided for by laws or regulations. Therefore, your cancellation of your account for the Conference will cause inconvenience to your exercise of rights. You expressly acknowledge that cancellation of your account for the Conference does not exempt or relieve you of the acts and liabilities associated with the account prior to cancellation.
2.6. [Freezing and Cancellation of Account] To the extent stipulated by laws and regulations, required by state authorities or necessary as specified in the rules of the Website, we may freeze or cancel your account, in which case you may be unable to further log in with or use your account for the Conference.
2.7. [Personal Use] Your account for the Conference is for your personal use, and each account corresponds to one legal subject only. Without our consent, your authorization, whether direct or indirect, to any third party to use your account for the Conference or to access information thereunder shall be invalid. If it is determined by us that your use of the account for the Conference may compromise your account security and/or the data security of the Website, we may refuse to provide the relevant services, terminate the Agreement, freeze or cancel your account, and you may be held responsible for all adverse consequences caused thereby.
3.1. Information Service
3.1.1. [Official Website] The Website is the only official website of the Conference. All information in connection with the Conference (such as the date of the Conference, the Conference agenda and guest information) shall be subject to that published on the Website. You acknowledge that the Service Provider has the right to amend or adjust the information in connection with the Conference published on the Website from time to time based on the actual situation.
3.1.2. [Information Notice] You agree that, after your registration of the account for the Conference, we may send you Conference-related news via the Website message, SMS, e-mail and other reasonable methods (the specific sending method will be subject to the actual delivery by then), so that you may be informed of our events, products and services in a timely manner. We may contact you for matters relating to the Conference via the mobile number provided at your registration if necessary.
3.1.3. [Information Synchronization] The information (such as the Participant Information) confirmed or provided by you on your initiative on the relevant service web pages of the Website will be synchronized to the Service Provider for us to record such information and to provide you with the services in a timely and accurate manner. Meanwhile, through the relevant service web pages of the Website, you may inquire conveniently and quickly the Conference Pass Information and the Participant Information confirmed or provided by you. In such event, we will synchronize information as necessary in accordance with your specific operation, so as to complete your instruction.
3.1.4. As we deeply respect your personal information and privacy, we undertake to protect and process your information in strict accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy of the 2026 Sustainability Global Leaders Conference & 2nd Green Industry and Sustainable Consumption Expo.
3.2. Notice of the Retrieval of the Conference Pass
3.2.1. You may retrieve the Conference Pass via the Website. If you intend to retrieve the Conference Pass via the Website, please follow the instructions on the service web page to confirm or complete the Participant Information (such as the Participant’s name, mobile number, ID type and valid ID number, subject to the instructions on the web page) and submit the aforementioned Participant Information. After your submitted Participant Information has been reviewed and approved by us, we will issue the Conference Pass to you.
3.2.2. You expressly acknowledge that all the Conference Passes retrieved via the Website are issued by us free of charge, and we don’t sell any Conference Pass. Please read the rules on the Website carefully and make your own decision independently on whether to register the account to retrieve the Conference Pass. If you have any problem in the process of the retrieving and the use of the Conference Pass, please contact us through the official email [esg_china@sina.com].
3.2.3. The Website is the only official website of the Conference. To protect your rights and interests, please retrieve the Conference Pass through the Website or other official channel(s) authorized by the Service Provider. We cannot guarantee the authenticity or effectiveness of any Conference Pass obtained and/or purchased from unofficial method, and we will not be able to provide any services for such Conference Pass.
3.2.4. You can retrieve one free Conference Pass through the Website, and the rights and benefits of the Conference Pass shall be subject to the content on the relevant pages. Please note that each account is limited to one Conference Pass, and you cannot give your Conference Pass to others, or withdraw or change the Conference Pass after you have retrieved such Conference Pass successfully.
3.3. Use of the Conference Pass
3.3.1. After you have successfully retrieved the Conference Pass, you can enjoy the corresponding rights and benefits of the Conference Pass, including participation in the activities of the Conference. The specific rights and benefits of the Conference Pass shall be subject to the content on the relevant pages. Please understand that the main forum is by invitation only, and the rights and benefits of the Conference Pass for both Invited Audiences and Audiences do not include the access to the main forum.
3.3.2. If you are not the Participant yourself, please ensure that you have been fully, legally and validly authorized by the Participant to provide the personal information of such person before providing any Participant Information of such person. You shall be responsible for any consequence or liability arising out of your breach of above undertakings, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the services in whole or in part under the Agreement.
3.3.3. We prohibit any unlawful or abusive use of the Conference and the Conference Passes, such as hoarding, speculating, illicit trading, purchasing passes with identities or account of others, etc. To ensure the lawful interests of the users and the Service Provider, we may adopt technical measures to monitor, and we may take relevant measures to prevent abnormal or fraudulent activities, such as suspend or close the accounts. In the event that your regular activities are affected by our measures, you may contact us via our official email [esg_china@sina.com]. We will make further investigation and may restore your accounts at our discretion.
3.4. Attendance of the Conference
3.4.1. To ensure the safety and improve the experience during the Conference, Participants are required to attend the Conference on a real-name basis with electronic Conference Passes.
3.4.2. Participants should present their valid identity documents, the QR code of the Conference Pass or other methods acknowledged by the Conference, and cooperate with the verification procedure upon entry. Please note in order to fulfill the relevant requirements and to ensure the safety, you are required to attend the Conference with your valid identity documents (such as People's Republic of China Resident ID card / Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents / Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents / passport, etc.), so as to facilitate the on-site verification.
3.4.3. The activities of the Conference you can participate in shall be subject to the content on the relevant pages of your Conference Pass. If you are eligible to participate in the thematic forums according to the corresponding notices or the announcements on the Website or your Conference Pass, please note that there are limited seats for the thematic forums on the venue and the seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check the relevant information on the Website, and arrive at the venue before the commencement. Please pay close attention to notices on the Website and site notices at the Conference.
3.5. You understand and agree that the Service Provider has the right to take photographs, videos and audio recordings on the Conference venue for purposes including but not limited to the live stream, rebroadcast, documentation and non-commercial promotion of the Conference. You grant us a free license to the extent your identifiable portrait or voice appears in the foregoing materials within the said scope and period; separate consent will be obtained for identifiable close-ups or commercial advertising.
3.6. You understand and agree that in order to provide you with better services, we might add, close or otherwise adjust the functions or services we provide to you through the Website, and we will notify you in accordance with Clause 9.1 of this Agreement. Please pay attention to the notices on the Website.
If you bring a minor to the Conference with the consent of the Service Provider, you agree and undertake that:
4.1. you are the legal guardian or the person authorized by the legal guardian of such minor, and you will comply with national laws and regulations and the requirements of the Service Provider. Provided that you comply with the Conference's invitation rules, such minors are allowed to attend the forums accessible under their Conference Pass with your accompaniment;
4.2. you will accompany and take good care of the minor throughout the whole process to avoid potential dangers when he/she is left unattended. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the minor or recourse to third parties as a result of your breach of the Agreement and shall be entitled to claim compensation from you for any loss suffered by the Service Provider as a result (if relevant);
4.3. you will ensure that the minor is physically healthy and without discomfort, injuries or other illnesses that may affect his/her participation in the event. You agree to be liable for any injury to the minor arising from or during the event, or any personal injury and property damage caused thereby to a third party; and
4.4. you understand and agree that in case of any personal injury or property damage to the minor caused by unpredictable events or force majeure such as accident, drastic changes in the weather or acute illness, the Service Provider will provide relief on the principle of humanitarianism and shall not be held liable therefor other than that expressly provided for by laws and regulations.
5.1. You understand and agree that if there is a defect in the services provided by us under the Agreement, we will take timely remedial measures; minor defects not caused by our intention or gross negligence shall not be deemed a fundamental breach. We will be exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law where our failure to properly provide the services is caused by any of the following reasons and we have used reasonable efforts:
5.1.1. shutdown of our system for maintenance or upgrade;
5.1.2. Force Majeure Events, such as public health emergency, typhoon, earthquake, flood, thunderbolt, terrorist attack, etc.;
5.1.3. breakdown of your software, hardware, telecommunications and power supply;
5.1.4. your improper operations or your use of our services in a way that is not authorized or acknowledged by us; and
5.1.5. attacks by virus, Trojan and malicious programs, network congestions, unstable systems, failure of system, equipment, communications or power supply, banking problems, third-party service defects or government acts, etc.
5.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will take reasonable actions to actively restore the services.
6.1. The content we provided in the relevant services (including but not limited to videos, graphics, text, interface design, layout framework, icons, trademarks, etc.) belongs to us or third parties. Without our written permission, you may not use, modify, reverse compile, reproduce, acquire, publicly transmit, alter, disseminate, distribute or publicly publish, commercially exploit, implement, exploit, transfer to any third party, for any profit or non-profit purposes, the software, the content and the intellectual property rights relating to the Website, otherwise we have the right to terminate the Agreement immediately and you will be liable for all losses caused to us or to third parties for your breach or infringement.
6.2. You promise that the contents (including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, audio, etc., and all components including music, sound, dialogue, visual design, etc.) uploaded when using the Website and related services are either original or legally authorized (including sub-authorized) and will not infringe any legal rights and interests of any third party. You agree to grant us a free, sublicensable license to use the above content to the extent necessary for operating the Website and promoting the Conference during the service period and a reasonable period thereafter; where your portrait, voice or other personal information is involved, we will obtain your consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The foregoing license from you to us does not change the ownership of the content and intellectual property rights in your postings, nor does it affect the exercise of your legal rights in your own postings.
6.3. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to review, delete, modify, etc. the content you post in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
7.1. You understand and undertake that you are solely responsible for the content you post, upload or transmit and that you may not post, reproduce or transmit information containing any of the following on any page of the Website, failing which we may delete or block your postings in accordance with the laws or as agreed in the clause, such prohibited postings include but are not limited to contents which:
7.1.1. are opposed to the basic principles defined in the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
7.1.2. compromise national security, divulge State secrets, subvert State power, or undermine national unity;
7.1.3. harm national honor or interest;
7.1.4. incite hatred or discrimination against ethnic minorities, or undermine racial unity;
7.1.5. undermine religious policies of the State, or propagate cults or feudal superstitions;
7.1.6. disseminate rumors, disrupt public order, or undermine social stability;
7.1.7. propagate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, or terrorism, or instigate crime;
7.1.8. false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, infringing on the privacy of others, harassing, infringing, defaming, vulgar, obscene, or other morally repugnant content;
7.1.9. humiliate or defame others, or harm the legitimate rights or interests of others;
7.1.10. infringe the portrait, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other exclusive rights of others;
7.1.11. contain any other contents prohibited or restricted by the laws, rules and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and any norms with legal effect;
7.1.12. other contents that violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or are reasonably deemed inappropriate for display on the Website.
7.2. You understand and promise not to engage in any of the following prohibited acts in relation to the Website services or allow anyone to use your account to do so, otherwise we may stop such acts and remove the adverse effects by freezing all or part of the account functionality, deleting or blocking the relevant information. Such prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
7.2.1. harming the legitimate rights and interests of others in any way;
7.2.2. impersonating any other person or body, or making false statements or misrepresentations in relation to any person or body;
7.2.3. intercept, tamper with, collect, store or delete personal information, transaction orders, messages or other data information of another person without lawful authority or use such information known to him/her for any unlawful or improper purpose;
7.2.4. posting or transmitting content prohibited from being posted under clause 7.1;
7.2.5. publish or disseminate “promotional material”, “information on special offers”, “stock of scarce tickets”, “advertising letters” or any other form of material of a persuasive nature;
7.2.6. use the services of the Website for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without our express permission;
7.2.7. post, send or otherwise transmit computer viruses designed to interfere with, disrupt or limit the functionality of any software, hardware or communications equipment designed to interfere with the ecology of the platform;
7.2.8. interfere with or disrupt the services or servers and networks connected to the services, or violate any rules, procedures, policies or regulations regarding the security of information on the Website;
7.2.9. other acts seriously disrupt the Conference order or cause significant disruption to other Participants;
7.2.10. other acts restricted or prohibited by the laws, rules and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and any norms with legal effect;
7.2.11. any other conduct that may harm the interests of others or us.
8.1. You may cease the use of our services at any time, though we will feel very sorry for that.
8.2. We will use our best efforts to safeguard your rights and interests, and make continued efforts to provide better services to you. Please understand that we may halt, suspend or terminate the provision of services to you if:
8.2.1. it is required by laws, regulations or policies, by regulators, or for risk control;
8.2.2. you breach the provisions hereof;
8.2.3. based on our evaluation, there are reasonable grounds to believe that you use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others;
8.2.4. we have notified you of ceasing the provision of services via announcement or in any other method in advance.
9.1. The functions or services we provide to you through the Website are subject to the functions or services actually provided through the Website. At the same time, in order to further improve user experience, we will continue to update services to provide users with updates or other adjustment of services and contents such as version upgrades, function upgrades and rule upgrades. We will publish through this Website the rules, norms, notices (collectively referred to as the “Website Rules”) applicable to the functions or services we provide, and the Agreement may also be amended accordingly, which will take effect seven (7) days after the amended Agreement is published. If you disagree with the updated provisions, you may cease the use of relevant services and cancel your account, and we shall not prejudice your legitimate rights and interests already obtained on such ground. If the updated contents will affect your primary rights or responsibilities, we will notify you via announcement, e-mail or SMS, etc. All the Website Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If there is any inconsistency between the Website Rules and the terms of this Agreement, (1) this Agreement; and (2) the Website Rules shall apply in the order of precedence, provided that the Website Rules shall not exclude or restrict your statutory rights.
9.2. The execution, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan solely for the purpose of the Agreement). Any dispute between the parties arising out of the performance of the Agreement shall be solved through negotiation. Should such negotiation fail, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent people’s court at the place where the Service Provider is domiciled.
9.3. This Agreement is executed in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
