瑞士罗纳河
瑞士有“欧洲水塔”之称，欧洲大陆三大河流莱茵河、波河和罗纳河均发源于瑞士的山中。罗纳河是瑞士西部最重要的河流，源于圣哥达峰罗纳冰川。冰川水经过瓦莱州的首府锡永，在马蒂尼附近，水流变急，流过峡谷，汇入位于日内瓦湖的罗纳河三角洲，水流再途经法国流入地中海。
罗纳河大部分已被开发为运河，河岸两侧多为葡萄园和果园供商品生产和旅游参观。罗纳河沿岸的普芬自然公园是一处独特的观景胜地。公园内一片史前遗留下来的滑坡堆上，生长着欧洲中部最大的松树林之一。由于气候的变化，罗纳冰川的冰量减少很多，因此远足者可沿着高山峡谷内的部分河道踏上旅程。在冬季，来自世界各地的滑雪者也会齐聚在此。爱好骑自行车的游客，则可以沿着罗纳河的河道从河流起点出发，一路骑行到达国际名城日内瓦，再乘坐日内瓦湖上的汽船继续巡航游览。

Switzerland, known as the "Water Tower of Europe," is the source of three major European rivers: the Rhine, the Po, and the Rhône. The Rhône is the most important river in western Switzerland, originating from the Rhône Glacier in the Saint Gotthard massif. The glacier's waters flow through the capital of Valais, Sion, and pick up speed near Martigny, passing through gorges before reaching the Rhône Delta at Lake Geneva. From there, the river continues through France and eventually empties into the Mediterranean Sea.
Much of the Rhône River has been developed into canals, with vineyards and orchards lining its banks, serving both commercial production and tourism. Along the river, the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park stands out as a remarkable vantage point, home to one of the largest pine forests in Central Europe, growing on a prehistoric landslide deposit. Due to climate change, the Rhône Glacier has significantly diminished, providing hikers with the unique opportunity to traverse sections of the river's upper course through alpine gorges.In winter, the area attracts skiers from around the world, while cycling enthusiasts can follow the river’s path from its source, all the way to the renowned city of Geneva, where they can continue their journey aboard steamships cruising on Lake Geneva.
