2024年8月2日，“长安雅集|心塑万象·指尖生花”活动在北京市海外文化交流中心文化空间举办。活动特邀了95后、国家级非遗北京“面人郎”第三代传承人郎佳子彧深度分享了面塑技艺在当代的传承，让观众一睹面塑艺术的前世今生、指尖生花的多彩面塑作品和心塑万象的面塑技艺的守正创新。
On August 2, 2024, the event“Chang’an Elegant Gathering | The Creative Mind & Dexterous Hands: A Celebration of Ingenuity and Artistry” was held at the Cultural Space of Beijing Overseas Cultural Exchange Center. This event featured Lang Jiaziyu, a’95s artist and the third-generation inheritor of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage, Beijing“Dough Figurine Lang”. Lang shared the heritage and evolution of dough figurine craftsmanship, offering attendees a fascinating look into its rich history and colorful present.

面塑是中国民间工艺的一种绝活儿，俗称面人或江米人，是以面粉、糯米粉、蜂蜜、甘油等为原料，经过揉匀、调色，制成各种彩色面，用两只灵巧的手捏制成造型各异的微缩人物或禽兽花鸟的形象。在古代，民间逢年过节或喜庆之时，面塑常作为求吉纳福的馈赠食品或祭祀供品。
Dough figurine art is a unique Chinese folk craft. It involves using ingredients like wheat flour, glutinous rice flour, honey, and glycerin to create colorful doughs, which are then skillfully shaped into miniature figures of people, animals, and birds.
