中国刑法学研究会常务理事，上海市法学会公司法务研究会副会长，深圳政协立法协商咨询专家。曾在北京市检察系统工作十余年。2015 年加入腾讯后，致力于网络犯罪的打击和预防、网络生态治理研究，在网络犯罪的理论研究和安全普及教育等方面持续不懈努力。
Executive Director of the Chinese Association of Criminal Law, Vice President of Shanghai Law Society Corporate Legal Affairs Research Association, and Consulting Expert of Shenzhen CPPCC Legislative Consultation. Before joining Tencent in 2015, she had more than ten years of working experience in the People's Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality. She has expertise in anti-cybercrime and governance of cyberspace, and continues to make effort in the research of cybercrime and cybersecurity education.
