皮特·加尼亚[德]
同济大学中欧创新政策与法律研究中心副主任、上海国际知识产权学院研究员
Deputy Director of China-EU Innovation Policy and Law Research Center, Researcher at Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP), Tongji University他曾是同济大学中德国际经济法研究所的副主任。他在德国慕尼黑担任过马克斯普朗克创新和竞争研究所的亚洲部负责人，并在法兰克福大学协调开展现代东亚研究中的跨领域M.A.项目。他已发表关于亚洲知识产权和竞争法的文章，并教授许多知识产权法和一般法律课程。
Peter Ganea has been the German Co-Director of the Sino-German International Economic Law Institute at Tongji University. In his previous positions he has been Head of the Asia Department of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and coordinated an interdisciplinary M.A. programme on modern East Asian Studies at Frankfurt University. He has published articles on intellectual property and competition law in Asia and has taught numerous courses on intellectual property law and law in general.
