一杯饮料,三分之二都是冰?中消协出手!

不知道大家有没有发现,现在的外卖订单平台上饮品加冰成了必选项。曾经的热饮、冷饮之分,变成了现在统一的正常冰、多冰、少冰。
针对这种情况,近日,中国消费者协会发起“破冰行动”。8月22日,中国消费者协会、中国商业企业管理协会发表联合倡议:饮品加冰需以尊重消费者合法权益为前提。

中消协和中国商业企业管理协会倡议广大餐饮经营者尊重消费者的知情权、自主选择权、公平交易权。
On August 22, two national consumer groups, the China Consumers Association and the Association of China Commercial Enterprise Management, called on beverage retailers across the country to explain the need and quantity of ice cubes in their drinks.
They announced the launch of an "ice-breaking" campaign, stressing the importance of respecting consumers' rights to information, choice, and fair trade.

► 中消协指出,消费者购买饮品时,餐饮经营者应主动询问消费者是否需要加冰、加多少冰。
The consumer groups said that retailers should respect consumers' rights of knowing by taking the initiative to ask about the amount of ice that customers want, and explain if certain products have to be made with fixed amounts of ice.
► 若饮品存在确实无法去冰或饮品为特定的冰与配料结合等情况,餐饮经营者应在点单页面明确标注或在点单时提示消费者注意。
► 餐饮经营者应根据消费者的实际需要,为消费者提供“多冰” “正常冰” “少冰” “去冰” 或通过备注方式调整加冰数量等个性化选项,供消费者自主选择,也可以将饮品和冰分开,由消费者自主决定是否加冰及加多少冰。
Retailers should also provide choices such as "extra ice", "regular ice", "less ice" or "iceless" for customers to choose, or simply separate ice cubes from drinks to let customers decide themselves, in order to respect their rights of choice, the groups said.
► 消费者购买饮料时,默认购买的是饮料而不是冰。餐饮经营者可以在点餐台、广告单及食物图片等显眼处明示顾客有要求饮品不加冰的权利。
Moreover, retailers should be honest in promoting their products and clearly mark that customers can ask for iceless drinks, the groups said, adding that they are obliged to reply in a timely manner if customers question about the amount of ice cubes.

该倡议一出,收获了大量网友支持,大家纷纷表示“苦冰块刺客久矣”!
有消费者在某知名饮料店选购饮品时,发现饮品中冰块含量占到饮品总量的2/3,冰块含量过多导致饮用体验感变差。
甚至还有消费者反映,部分饮品在手机点单页面的温度选项只有“冰”,有些饮料店甚至拒绝消费者提出的“去冰”饮品需求。

These groups are urging action following reports that some shops are serving beverages with a significant portion of ice.
In Nantong, Jiangsu province, a customer bought two cups of latte coffee, and after finishing the drinks, found over two-thirds of the cup still filled with ice. This case has prompted discussions about the fairness and consumer impact of such practices.
“加冰自由”不等于抛弃了热饮和去冰选择,而某些商家却反其道而行之,以饮品新鲜度和小料易融化等理由强行推出全冰饮。
这不仅损害消费者权益、寒了一众消费者的心,更是对品牌的不负责和市场秩序的蔑视。

那么,你知道如何用英语表达饮品喜好选择吗?
首先就是冰量(Ice Level)选择。我们常见的温度选项有:
去冰: no ice / ice-free
微冰: little/low/light ice
少冰: less ice
正常冰: regular ice
多冰: extra ice
