立春｜二十四节气之首
立春，为二十四节气之首。立，是“开始”之意；春，代表着温暖、生长。

Li Chun, known as the "Start of Spring," is the first of the 24 solar terms in the traditional Chinese lunar calendar. This year, it falls on February 4.
In the Chinese language, the character "Li" means "start," while the season of spring is considered the beginning of a year. One Chinese proverb says, "Make your whole year's plan in the spring and the whole day's plan in the morning," which demonstrates the importance of the season.
To embrace the most precious time of the year, there are quite a number of rituals and celebrations to mark the day. "Yao Chun" describes kids taste the first bite of radish," which also means kids "take the first bite of the spring." Spring pancakes and spring rolls feature colorful vegetables and meat, which are a must-eat for many, are believed to bring good fortune in the new year.
立春的由来
传说，春神句芒住在东郊的庙里，他掌管着春的气息以及整个一年的收成，他甚至还会给有福的人增加多年的寿命。
立春的前一天，寂静的郊外突然变得骚动起来。远处的村边小道上，一条长长的充满威仪的队伍逶迤而来。从那非同寻常的鼓乐声就可以听出，是天子前来迎春了。满天的青旗，掩映着天子和他身后的三公九卿，一路浩浩荡荡。
叩拜句芒神的礼仪庄严而隆重。礼罢，孩童一路奔跑着，欢呼雀跃，边走边喊：春到了，春到了。于是一路的百姓也随之奔走相告：春天来了。
第二天便是立春了。还在半夜的时候，便有走街串巷的小贩高喊着：“赛过脆梨！”他们在叫卖萝卜。萝卜是人们在立春日必须要吃的，品尝萝卜，名曰“咬春”。
挨家挨户的大门上早已贴上了“宜春”二字，所有朝南的窗户上，也都贴上精致美丽的“春花”。
一年之计在于春，春天的每一天都不能偷懒。
立春·民俗
立春·“春捂”
立春时节，东风拂面，毕竟料峭，为了不生病，要再“春捂”一阵子，不要因气温骤然回升就立减穿着，小心寒潮突至，感冒乘虚而入。
另外，春季天寒气燥，饮食应清淡、甘润，保证每天有足够的饮水量，少食热性、辛辣或容易引发过敏的食物。
多锻炼，常通风，勤洗漱，少去人群密集场所，为了摘下口罩那一天早点到来，感念此时此刻做好防疫防护的每一份贡献。
